absolutely terrible company, and even worse customer service. the owner patrick is unwilling to take ownership of his company's errors that cost my family thousands of dollars in floor repairs and repeat trip visit fees. after a 30 min discussion about what middle group could be met, and what concession he would offer to keep us as patrons, patrick proved unwavering and unwilling to provide any decent customer retention tactics. as a small-med business that relies primarily on word of mouth and online reviews, im surprised he decided that at least paying our additional trip fees (about $300) wasnt worth not tarnishing his brand. let alone the $600 floor repair bill we ended up with due to his employees' ineptitude. as a result, we're making it our personal mission to ensure anyone we know does NOT patronize this business. we had great success hiring escobars and sons here in dfw! much more bang for your buck and the gentlemen who did my work and cleaned up after this company made great conversation and was very transparent about their work before doing anything to my home. we are in the process of filing a BBB complaint about this company as well.

This company will be my 'go to' plumbing company from now on! I had a problem with my hot water heater and called my home warranty company who allocated another plumbing firm. Their technician failed to even open up the unit before coming to the wrong conclusion about what was wrong with it. Having been without hot water for 2 days I called S+T Plumbing as a local company for advice. Even though they were not able to come out the same day, they went above and beyond anything I have experienced before to help me sort the problem out. I now have hot water, and a very happy family! I had a bad blockage in my sewer lines and stuff was backing up into my tubs and toilets. I called them and they came out right on schedule. They didn't change the quoted price or try to sell me anything. They were thorough, professional, and friendly. They also were able to locate issues to avoid future problems, and gave me a quote if we wanted to move forward with fixing it later--very helpful.
