If you own a home and you need honest people who care about their customers , this is the company you HAVE to call! We had a leak in our shower behind the wall and Mark came out to test things out. Turns out the only thing wrong with it is the seal around the shower needs to be done again. That's all !! Later that day Austin came out to run a line through our roof because the washer was spitting out water from the pipe. He fixed the problem right away while another company tried to rip us off. He made sure everything was in working order and double checked before he left. I REALLY appreciate good honest people that earn their business the right way. This company is our go to plumber from now on.

Looked over the possible cause of gas leak, spoke with generator contractor about where it may be. Ascertained the gas cutoff in attic and is returning to test the control knob and parts to determine that is place of leak. Very professional and responsive .

We called Jenning's after reading reviews. We had a leak from the second floor bathroom, evident from the first floor ceiling showing signs of water damage.

A very nice plumber named Steven came out. He was punctual and extremely courteous. He explains that he needed to cut out a piece of the first floor ceiling and take a look at the pipes. This is where the positive thread ends.

He looked upstairs into the hole he had cut out for about 2 minutes and explained there was nothing wrong with the plumbing. He also explained the water damage was from the bathroom tiles; we had roaches in the sub-flooring and possible mold.

He referred me to a water damage specialist and charged me $29.95 for the visit.

I called a water damage specialist (not the one he referred) and they told me they didn't think it was the tiles. I also called our pest control service who told me there was a tiny trace of roaches, and after he sprayed the hole, we only saw a few dead roaches.

I called a second plumber (a family friend) and after looking into the hole Steven cut out told me that there was a leak in the hot water pipe. He cut a hole in the second floor wall to be sure and replaced the pipe. The whole job took less than an hour.

Basically, Steven and Jenning's charged me $29.95 to cut a hole in my ceiling and to provide false information which lead off-track from the problem which was the hot water pipe. It seemed Steven did not wish to even examine the pipes because he saw a couple roaches. He could have returned after we called our pest control but he just gave me some runaround about the bathtub tiles.

I will not use Jenning's again; if Steven represents there professional staff, they need to rethink properly training them in plumbing.

The hole is still there because the second plumber wanted to be sure he fixed the leak. The bathtub is being used and there is no leak. We can conclude the leak occurred because of the hot water pipe. Also, the second plumber after cutting the second hole could see there was no sign of mold.

Black Tie is very capable with some excellent staff. They are affliated with Perma Pier foundation which is not disclosed as a conflict of interest when performing inspections for Perma Pier. I personally caught technician on my home security system pencil whipping an inspection in 2 minutes. The General manager resolved issue very quickly and handled the person performing poor service. Their service is excellent although they may require some audit protocols to make sure other consumers are not treated poorly by some poor individual employees. Their pricing is slightly higher than other companies but they have the tools to properly diagnose your problems whether it is big or small. I would definitely use them again.

I have used Texas Blessed plumbing several times over the last several years. Matt has replaced our toilets, a garbage disposal, a faucet, and fixed various clog issues.
