Best Water Heater Installation / Repair in Irving TX

Called Mark Saturday morning for a clogged main drain he had someone at my house that afternoon, and even Mark himself came to my house to assess the situation, he was very professional and knew exactly what to do. Had to send someone back later that evening. JP came at 8 pm located line and dug down in the dark fixed the clog very quickly. So we could have our restroom for the weekend. Glenn came back Monday afternoon to finish the job and install cleanout, and i was very impressed with his work most professional plumber i have ever seen took his time and made sure the job was done right. In the past I have always had great service, however last week had David and it was a poor experience. He and his assistant unclogged my drain to my washer. Took almost 2 hours and over $300.Said the high cost was because they had to go in from the roof of my second floor. Guess what,
it had been done several years ago for about 1/2 the price and 1/2 the time. I asked for help on my toilet and dishwasher drain and he recommended I go find a part. I won't be calling AAA Auger again. BYW they were going to charge more, but I complained so loudly they cut the price by $40. Said originally charge $500.

Jennings Plumbing team was very responsive, timely, creative, professional, and delivered a High Quality solution for our Master Bath plumbing challenge running piping inside an exterior porch ceiling. They created a shutoff and drain system that even though manually operated, should dramatically reduce copper pipe freezing risk during our north Texas winters. My only area of opportunity for Jennings Plumbing would be in pricing side, higher than competition.

What a joke! After they made an appointment through my warranty company (First American), they no called/ no showed. When I called the warranty company, First American said Black Tie is saying they never made the appointment.
Not everyone has the ability to take off work (now for 2 different days) to sit around for a no call/ no show!
What a waste of time. You should be ashamed and embarrassed!

The morning before Thanksgiving this year my daughter comes in my room in a full panic saying that the basement is flooded with two inches of water , I had no idea where the water arrived from so after doing some research I contacted SOUTHWEST PLUMBING and the dispatcher got the next available professional to my building within hours of my call. After JAMES M diagnosed the problem and came up with the most efficient and long lasting solution to my problem, they had a crew to my house the same day to get my sewer line repaired where they found my old cement line had to be repaired do to it being damaged by roots and also collapsed from the Deterioration of the old pipes. The crew and the whole company made this overwhelming experience a great one for me and my family and I appreciate southwest plumbing.Thanks for saving holidays

OMG!!!! MATT showed up 1st on a Saturday, fixed the problem with a smile and GREAT FRIENDLY DEMEANOR. HE DID NOT CHARGE US AN ARM, LEG & REFUSED THE 1ST BORN!!!! I had to call him back on a totally unrelated issue today, he was here as quickly as possible (me not being his 1st call!) had us up & running clear in no time....HE DID NOT CHARGE US AN ARM, LEG (by now I know better than to offer him another mouth to feed!)
