Looked over the possible cause of gas leak, spoke with generator contractor about where it may be. Ascertained the gas cutoff in attic and is returning to test the control knob and parts to determine that is place of leak. Very professional and responsive .

Mike Salazar from Home Town Plumbing came out with only about an hour’s notice and cleared my main line. My showers and toilets were all backed up, so to me this was an emergency! He immediately knew what to do and quickly took action to clear it. He even had to move my newly planted flowers to get his machine in the right place, but he carefully dug them up and placed them to the side, without damaging them. He has been in business for many years and definitely knows his plumbing! I won’t hesitate to call him again with any plumbing issues. Thank you Mike!

they have service fee of $70 for gas inspection visit that they don't disclose at the time you book appointment. Only when engineer comes they request for this service fee.. quotes won't be given if service fee is not paid is the response. Appreciate if they can be more transparent and disclose any fees before the visit

I am very pleased with BlackTie's service. From Larissa and Kendra in the office to Jesus who came out to do the dirty work, the entire operation was smooth and fast. Larissa and Kendra explained step by step what would be going on and were knowledgeable with the repair. I was concerned because I noticed my water leak during the freeze here in Texas. I knew plumbers were going to get slammed and I was afraid it would be a while before BlackTie could come out. However, before Jesus even came out to perform the Cleanout Install, Larissa scheduled the leak repair for the same day. Jesus explained in detail how he would perform the Cleanout Install. He then found the water leak right away but did not have the part to fix it. Even though it was late in the day and he still had to drive three hours back to Houston, he went to get the part so that he could complete the job that day.
