Best Plumbing Fix in Irving TX

SO FRUSTRATING to try to buy a simple part from this outfit, unless it happens to be in the storem
(1) Went to local store to get a simple plumbing partwe dont carry that
(2) looked online---yes we carry it online
(3) Ordered online and it was supposed to be shipped to the local store
(4) 4 days later I phoned store to check if package arrived in the store --after fighting their horrible phone system i was told Gee whiz it was not shipped to the store something went wrong!

HERES WHATS BROKEN IN MY OPINION
(1)STORE/ONLINE sales seem to be disconnected from each other. They live in two different worlds. with no real communication.

(2) Customer Cannot phone store people . Call store in irving and I got somebody in San Antonio sitting at a computer, who claims they will 'check their system and find the answer.

(3) Ferguson has set up a Phone IVR greeting system to try to give people impression of a seamless billion dolar operation, similar to Home Depot's. But they fail on that point. So when you phone the greeting asks you to choose from MANY different departments --Go the store you see 2 people there --who is kidding who? All that false complexity does not help at all

Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

I called Eddie to install a swap out a gas cooktop, and he did a great job. While other big name hardware stores would not sell me an install service without an inspection first (to ensure size of countertop hole matched the cooktop), each service taking about 2 weeks turnaround, Eddie just went with what I told him about the size match and showed up on time. He and his son-in-law did a great job, checked if there were any gas leaks and then finally his son-in-law was nice enough to warn me that cooktop was calibrated to a very low flame in Low setting, with risk of going off with a ceiling fan or door shutting. So could look up hte manual and calibrate it myself to make the cooktop safe to operate.

We had a plumbing issue that we just couldn't fix ourselves. This company was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and at a fair price. The team was professional, courteous, and provided us with great customer service. We will be using their services again in the future.

I moved into a new build home, rural, and the owner of this company plumbed and set up my water filter/softener system after testing the water to see exactly what I needed. He also did my connections for my outdoor patio gas grill. Very punctual, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

I'm am not a fake I called and asked for a appt he was very rude! Told me it would be a minimum of 180.00 and he would text me for my address and details! Unprofessional to handle business with a text a phone call would have been better IMO! I found another company who could come immediately and for a better price. I called Chris and nobody answered so I left a message because the recording said leave a message that I was canceling. He then called and told me I should have kept calling til someone answered that it would have the right thing to do I let him know as thought he was rude the first time we spoke.

We enlisted them to do a complete restoration of our plumbing in a one story office building.
$30K later, Installed wrong pipes. We have had sinks draining slowly, came in very reluctantly after stern e-mail saying we will report them to the plumbing examiner. Found out we have a broken pipe under the slab. Verbally agreed it was their responsibility and now refusing to fix it.

Ben called before he arrived and was a bit early. He diagnosed my problem differently than I expected as a main line clog rather than close to the sink draining poorly. He had to work for three hours sometime in the rain to snake and inspect the drain pipe. The cost was still below the first estimate. He kept the floors clean everytime he entered the house. I couldn't ask for more.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend S&T plumbing. I used them because my business had used them for many years. I called them to fix a toilet at my house that had a sewage smell. The plumber replaced the wax ring. A couple days after the wax ring was installed, the toilet quit flushing. My husband and I decided to replace the toilet instead of having them back out to look at it. We've been wanting a new toilet anyways, so it was a good excuse to bite the bullet and buy a new one. The people we had install the new toilet found a ball of wax and paper left behind in the toilet. When I called S&T to tell them what had been found in the toilet, so they were aware of what their plumber had left behind, I asked if they would be willing to refund me any money for the poor service. (Since paper was also left with the wax, it was apparent that it was not by mistake. The paper and wax was a result of carelessness and a shot-y job). They said no. There is even more to the story, however, it's not worth me typing a novel. Needless to say, my business as well as my family will be finding a new plumber. S&T was unwilling to remedy the situation to save 2 customers, one customer being a business. I would not recommend them.

The Pipe Experts were quite pleasant to work with, extremely competent, and performed the job in a timely manner. I'd utilize Pipe Experts again in a heartbeat.
