Fast, honest, and reliable. We had a clogged kitchen drain past the access point. He came out and also helped us discover we had a 2nd access to the drain that was under a rock. We did not have to pay an arm and a leg for it. i would have had to pay more for other folks who were not even master plumbers.

Looked over the possible cause of gas leak, spoke with generator contractor about where it may be. Ascertained the gas cutoff in attic and is returning to test the control knob and parts to determine that is place of leak. Very professional and responsive .

Mike is incredible! He not only fixed the leak, he re-engineered our whole waste pipe system and got it done for a reasonable price. Good people who do great work.

We used Proficient Plumbing for a main line gas leak and they were the best offer out of four quotes and the most professional too. They did the job in a timely manner and even helped us get a faster appointment with Atmos to get a technician out sooner to turn the gas back on after they had finished (which they definitely didn't have to do). We will certainly use them again in the future!

Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

I have used accu find now 3 times. The first time was to repair a broken sewer pipe below slab, the 2nd was a hot water pipe leak in kitchen island and lastly, and hopefully lastly, for a slab leak in spare bath. I called office and spoke to leeann. She has always been super helpful and professional to deal with.

Jr came out the next day to assess the situation. He returned on Monday and completed the work. We are super grateful and appreciative of their timeliness and promptness to fix our leak. Obviously they are super busy this time of year considering how dry and hot it is currently but they fit us into the schedule and job was completed same day and all is good now.

I am writing this review on behalf of my 97 year old mother who contacted AAA Auger to unstop her toilet. Every time someone would come out, it would work for a few months and then the problem would reoccur. We have paid over 1400.00 since August of this year. I have called at least three times within the last two weeks only to be told they are waiting on some parts and a technician would call me before the day ended. I’m still waiting to here from someone.

I own a dog daycare facility. As you’d imagine we are hard on the building. Jennings always comes through for me and does it at a reasonable price. I’m highly appreciative of Jordan and the rest of the set staff.
