I’ve used AAA Auger 3 times in the past year or so. The guys in the office, Jared being one, are excellent at communicating when they can send someone out and who it will be. Service is timely. The next day, I received a follow up call to ensure I was happy with the service I received. As an educator, I appreciate how both Eugene and Frederick took the time to teach me how systems work and answer any questions that I had. Their helpful tips are also much appreciated. The office staff is amazing, the plumbers are incredible (they even clean up extra after themselves) and fast, and they really seem to care as a team about doing a great job. I was really impressed with this experience. I had been talked to at home depot and i called to get this done. Super easy to get to the right person on the phone to set things up. Really professional on the phone and they really did make sure that i understood the safety precautions they were taking. Technician was on time and very efficient. Technician made sure to take time to show me what was going on and what he did. Made sure to explain to me what to be aware of. I was glad i had been told about this from home depot. They were super quick to come by as well; i was not expecting that. No regrets and will contact again in the future.

Run away. These guys have been called out by the home warranty several times over the past couple years. Every time they try and sell us all kinds of stuff we dont need. Most recent was a water heater that they said they would need to bring up to code and it would be $2700.00. We know what the code requirments are for a water heater and the city inspector looked at it and verified that the water heater did in fact meet code requirments. Stay away from these people.
