Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

I had a massive back up at my home and didn’t know who to call, so I asked my neighbor who he used and he told me about Blacktie Plumbing. I called them and was immediately impressed with the office staff and their concern for my issue. They got me on the schedule for the same day and came out in a few hours. The plumber gave me a no cost estimate and I agreed for the service. He then ran his sewer machine and cleared the blockage. When I asked what had caused the issue he told me that there was a large amount of grease buildup. He then asked me if I would like to get the grease out of the line. I of course said yes, but was concerned about the cost. The plumber Jeremy then called is boss Chad and asked what we could do to help me out. They gave me a combo discount and took great care of me. I will recommend them to all my friends and family as they were awesome!! I never felt pressured in any way. They made me feel like family. David Jones came out after hours to look at my unit. Our unit is over 20 yrs old. He inspected it, looked at the air handler and the duct work. All of it was done by a DIY person before us that tried to save a buck but didn't do good practices. He gave us a good assessment of our situation. We have used ARS for our plumbing needs for many years, and glad we called on them to help with our AC.

First of all, i did not pick them. My home warranty company chose them and it has been an ordeal from the beginning. They have horrible customer service, also had to transfer to a different company to finalize the job. Do Not Use This Company, also if you try to speak with management they just have you speak to the people you previously have conversed with.
