Best Installation Bathroom in Irving TX

Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

Replaced pipes

I have used Reeves Family Plumbing for several jobs I have had around the house. Lori normally answers the phone and is always so helpful and friendly. The guys arrive on schedule and perform their jobs in a professional manner. J.R. has done repair jobs on my bath faucets twice. You can tell he has been doing this for a long time.

Brian is a true professional, I don't know how other companies can compete. His prices are almost half and he uses the same brands. You can really tell he cares about his customers and has a passion for what he does. If you don't give him a shot you must not like saving money.

Thomson Plumbing Service Excellent work. Their workplace worked US into their schedule as before long as potential for broken water heater Explained repairs and homeowner maintenance thoroughly. Very nice, polite and knowledgeable crew. Pricing was very fair to market rates.

I called for someone to come assess the damages to the do for an estimate, and he was impatient, not allowing me to finish my sentence. Then, commenting if we aren’t doing the work, we aren’t coming for free.

I would have given them my business, but I’m not comfortable explaining the damages. I don’t know if if I need a new door or if it can be fixed. Either way, I wouldn’t give them anything.

The first technician arrive on time, he explained thorouglhy what he was going to do and the cost. He was very polite and answered all my questions, I asked him for another service, he called another technician for the second service and the second technician arrived promptly. Both were very professional, efficient and provided an excellent service.Very happy with Roto Rooter and I highly recommend their service.

Highly recommend Michaelangelo Plumbing! Prior to contacting them, we had 4 others companies out...none of them seemed to want the massive job we had. They either didn’t give us a quote or would say, “I don’t know when we could start the job...could be several months”. We had no working master bath and they wanted us to wait months, which we figured would drag on. Michaelangelo Plumbing came out assessed the work needing to be done and gave us a thorough quote with options. Once we decided on the plan of action, the work started in less than a week. Throughout the process they were always on time and communicated everything. They went above & beyond and treated us like family. You won’t be disappointed and their work is top quality.

Excellent service

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
