Purchased a new water heater from a store that contracts with installers; water heater not installed properly, open wire not capped, still no hot water and could have burned our house down. After contacting Michaelangelo the next day, Mike drove from a job in Fort Worth to SE Dallas in rush hour traffic and didn’t leave our house until 9:30p, making sure we had hot water before he left. He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be fixed and came back a few days later to finish doing everything correctly.

Sewer clogged and previous plumber was unable to clear. Matt was very professional and informative. Took him 10 minutes to clear and ran camera to find any further issues.
