I contacted Eddie to cut & install a couple of shelves. He was timely with his responses, came out same day, gave a fair price, provided quality work and even cleaned up after himself. I wish I would have found him sooner. Highly recommend!

OMG!!!! MATT showed up 1st on a Saturday, fixed the problem with a smile and GREAT FRIENDLY DEMEANOR. HE DID NOT CHARGE US AN ARM, LEG & REFUSED THE 1ST BORN!!!! I had to call him back on a totally unrelated issue today, he was here as quickly as possible (me not being his 1st call!) had us up & running clear in no time....HE DID NOT CHARGE US AN ARM, LEG (by now I know better than to offer him another mouth to feed!) TOTALLY AMAZING HUMAN BEING AND EXCELLENT PLUMBER!!!!! CALL HIM IF YOU WANT RESULTS AND HONESTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thomson Plumbing Service Excellent work. Their workplace worked US into their schedule as before long as potential for broken water heater Explained repairs and homeowner maintenance thoroughly. Very nice, polite and knowledgeable crew. Pricing was very fair to market rates.

I called for someone to come assess the damages to the do for an estimate, and he was impatient, not allowing me to finish my sentence. Then, commenting if we aren’t doing the work, we aren’t coming for free.

I would have given them my business, but I’m not comfortable explaining the damages. I don’t know if if I need a new door or if it can be fixed. Either way, I wouldn’t give them anything.

I called yesterday for an AC check in this crazy hot Texas weather, I got the appointment today, and the tech was right on time. I am so grateful I got Asbel Lopez to do this. The level of integrity and quality is at a whole new top-notch. Asbel ran a thorough check for all my AC vents, returns, and units. Took pictures and came up with 3 choices to fix everything. I was amazed with his honesty on what really needs to be done vs. what is optional and what is optimal. If you have an HVAC problem this is your guy here. I tried 3 different companies before and no one ran a better check or gave me an insightful evaluation of what is going on in our attic. The prices are another great thing about this company that cannot be met by so many others in the market.

Keith was very courteous and knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself. Some techs leave foot prints all over but NOT Keith, very professional. I will definitely call back and ask for Keith.
