They repaired my water leak and found that my house’s plumbing was not up to par and not insulated. They recommended a repair plan and gave me different options.

Matt has done several jobs for us, tub and shower installs, leaky pipes in the wall, and just recently replaced our sewer line and put in two new cleanouts. Hes honest and reliable, we wouldnt hire anyone else for any plumbing!

Do NOT use this plumbing company; they are rude and WILL let you down! Our kitchen sink was backed up the night before a huge birthday party at our home and I contacted GFB for a Sat am appt the night before. I was told 10am. The plumber didn't show up until 1pm after 2 phone calls to the dispatcher. He wanted to back up into the driveway and I was getting ready to run party errands. The plumber literally waited 5 mins after being told the situation and yelled out his window while driving off to Get yourself another damn plumber. Did I mention he was blaring his horn while my mother and I were coming down the driveway; I was shocked at his aggression. SO DISRESPECTFUL after we waited 3 hours after our appt time. Use another plumber there are SEVERAL out there. This guy doesn't value the customer so what kind of work can you really expect from a person with that type of integrity?!!
Update 3/21: I find it interesting that the wife of the plumber responded to this online review weeks later but never called to apologize, reschedule and straight up did not answer her phone when her husband took off leaving us in a serious bind. She was not present when this incident occurred so i will clarify as I was there, he waited literally 5-7 min for me to pull out the driveway. I find her negative embellishments about me entertaining and another indicator of this company’s poor customer service. I’m done responding I just really don’t like when people lie.

I am grateful for the level of integrity that Brian demonstrated in his services to us. My experience with Brian and the installation of a new water heater was a most unusual experience in our currently compromised and controlled world of falsities everywhere.

My need was immediate and also required consideration of funding. Brian was attentive, understanding, heart felt and open with information. He sincerely cared that I didn't have hot water during cold and rainy weather.

The pricing is beyond fair for the labor performed especially as others who are charging 3, 4 and 5 times as much...because others will pay it blindly.

He was considerate, diligent, focused and timely along with follow up on his work. Brian was clear on price with no hidden up charges. Goodness, even laid a tarp structure from the vehicle to the house in the rain to ensure minimal tracking.

He explained how to relight the pilot light if needed and how to perform a yearly easy to do cleaning maintenance to add life to the heater and minimize the sediment buildup.

Perhaps this sharing will benefit someone else when seeking similar services and comparing to all the many overwhelming choices.

Brian stands out as service to others over service to self. Refreshing and most appreciated.

We are remodeling our bathroom and we need to do some plumbing work so we called 3 plumbing companies to ask for estimates as everyone knows estimates are asked to compare and choose the most convenient!
My husband told them what was the purpose of the estimate.
One of the companies happen to be S&T plumbing llc. Located in Irving. They came give us the estimate, much higher price than the other two companies so since we didn't take it we were asked to pay $65. service fee.
I consider it very unprofessional. He should of at least tell us that he was going to charge us for the estimate.

Showed up for an emergency repair faster than we'd been told, fixed things ASAP, and did a quality job. Couldn't have been happier with their service and attitudes, especially during a stressful time.

my toilet knob broke and they were able to come out same day to fix it. house hold of 5 with 1 less toilet - emergency. they were quick and courteous and respected my wishes to wear masks when in my house. thank you

I had an AC appointment scheduled for today from1:00-5:00. At 5:00 I called and they told me I was next appointment and they would be arriving shortly! It’s 9:00 now and after 5 calls to answering service no one can tell me an ETA. I have HSP which is suppose to give you priority scheduling! They just don’t show up and don’t bother calling. I’ll be contacting Corparate first thing in the morning.
