We used Proficient Plumbing for a main line gas leak and they were the best offer out of four quotes and the most professional too. They did the job in a timely manner and even helped us get a faster appointment with Atmos to get a technician out sooner to turn the gas back on after they had finished (which they definitely didn't have to do). Their drivers are reckless and will cause an accident one of these days. Around 5:15 PM, on Wednesday August 17, 2022, one of their drivers was observed failing to yield right of way to emergency vehicles, driving in excess of the posted speed limit by well over 10 mph, lane swapping in a dangerous manner, coming close to striking multiple other vehicles. I can't speak for their plumbing abilities but, if their driving is any reflection, I would not advise using this company.
