Best Plumbing in Irving TX

I was in an emergency situation with the sewer in my apartment late Tuesday night. Even with being completely booked Matt was able to offer me advise over the phone until the apartments contracted plumbers came out. I greatly appreciate the time you gave me. Also thank you for dealing with my emotions over the phone. This week has been a nightmare

Fixed a washing machine hookup which was originally done by the washer installer backward! So great to have hot coming from hot and cold coming from cold!!

I usually love going through Home Depot for some house projects but i will not ever use this company. My toilet had to be removed for a floor installation and i was recommended to buy a new toilet which i did. When the tech came to install the toilet, apparently it was the wrong size and all of a sudden i had a leak that was not there before. I had to pay $125 to have it fixed and then he refused to put the original toilet back on. When i called to schedule to have my new toilet put in, i was left on hold for more than 30 minutes to have the representative have a bad attitude. Now i have to wait a week to have my toilet installed.

My elderly parents had a spigot break off in the backyard late at night and we had to cut all water off from the house. When I called our regular plumber the next morning, they could not guarantee a plumber out that day. I gave Cathedral a call and they said they could have a plumber out by afternoon and if someone became available they would send them out as soon as possible, within 15 minutes I got a call that the plumber was on the way. Brian was so professional and listened to our concerns and our needs. The quote was good and even gave me different options. He had it fixed in by 1pm. Cathedral is now my families plumbing company. Would not use tempo air

We were one of the many houses with busted pipes during the recent freeze. We were disparate and needed help right away. We called Delta 1 Plumbing and the lady who answered the phone was courteous and polite and assured us someone would be here the next day. Beaudy was a godsend and arrived on time. He quickly found and repaired the leak before any more damage occurred. He explained what had happened and what was needed to repair it.He did an amazing job and we are forever grateful.! We will use Delta 1 Plumbing for all our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.
