Really great, friendly and personable service from start to finish! Their dispatcher, Shelly, is super-friendly and kept us up to date on where they stood with the other appointments. Even with all of the burst pipe calls around Dallas due to the storm and the late hour, they took the time to carefully find the leak, repairing it with minimal damage to the wall. They made certain that the repair held, and even inspected the other lines for any signs of additional burst pipes or other problems - despite it being after midnight! I was VERY impressed with their professionalism, their good humor and calmness during what is certainly a stressful time with tons of emergency calls. I will certainly use them for my future plumbing needs and you should too!

Their plumber installed a new commercial-grade water heater tank by replacing the old one that lasted for 19 years. he responded promptly to my calls and texts, and when he finally came out, he completed the job quickly and efficiently. I have recommended Them to numerous family members and friends. He does amazing work at affordable prices.

We had a gas line we were unable to completely turn off. We called Atlas and they responded immediately. The gentleman who arrived knew exactly what to do, did it quickly and made a very reasonable charge. We will definitely use them again.

Sewer clogged and previous plumber was unable to clear. Matt was very professional and informative. Took him 10 minutes to clear and ran camera to find any further issues. Well we accidentally lost a Hot Wheels car to the main shower drain and began backing up... Needless to say another company came out the day before and flat out said no can do and that we would need to bust up the shower slab up to retrieve the car and would need a full concrete slab repair. Well at a cost close to $5k... I decided to call Nikki's for a second opinion and they sent someone out this morning in less than 30 minutes. Car retrieved and water is flowing smoothly!! Please call this company for assistance. Nikki's not only saved us thousands of dollars and weeks of headaches, they were really kind, fast and efficient. I also had them replace an outside hose bibb the same day as well.

Mr. Daniel Garcia was a true professional from start to finish. He arrived on
time as promised and removed the items to be removed. He cleaned up
everything before leaving.

He also explained the process as to when he would be coming back. After
the work was completed, he again arrived on time to re-install the items.
He even cleaned them after doing so and cleaned the area where he worked.

All the time he was very courteous, friendly and professional in his
work. If I ever have some work done in the future, I would certainly call
Home Depot to send Mr. Garcia back again into my home.
