Extreme price gouging during the winter storm. Charged 349 dollars just for a trip without doing anything worthwhile. When I called them back they mentioned it was for emergency service when I never asked for one. I was infact told they will try to see if someone can come in the next 48 hours .The water was already shut off. The person who came tried to sell everything else except confirming that the main problem would be fixed. I would stay away. Dont ever call them.
