Major electrical issues at our home. Company was very responsive. The electrician was very professional. Clearly explained the issues and offered several possible solutions and their costs. He stayed and completed all work the same day. The final result was very impressive. I highly recommend for their electrical work.

The owner of this company is the absolute WORST!!!!! They were supposed to come to my house on Tuesday afternoon. They called me Tuesday afternoon and told me they couldn’t make it that day and that they’d be out at 8:00AM for the first service call of the day. I agreed although I was annoyed Because I had worked my day to be at home and they didn’t call me until 3:30 to tell me this. Fast forward to 8:00AM the next morning and I’m at home waiting for them. I was NEVER told that I needed to answer my phone prior to their arrival in order for them to come. In all my years in dealing with service companies, they have given me a courtesy call 30 min before to let me know they are on their way. But I don’t have to answer! Apparently I missed a phone call from them at 7:30 and when I called back at 8:00AM, I was told they wouldn’t send a technician this morning. Even though I had the time slot and even though they messed up my afternoon the day before. The owner was horribly rude.

Heard a line spraying in the attic. Called Cathedral, as they were who plumbed the house. Within an hour, Eric was onsite, diagnosing the problem and had it resolved within 10 minutes of arriving. (Rodent chewed through the line)

The only thing I can't review about them it's their price point, because they wouldn't bill me for the work. Just a thank you for being an existing customer and have a nice day.

A real human answers the phone, response is quick, they place value in existing customers, and staff is knowledgeable. That checks all my boxes.

* 2023 Update - Our 97 yr old FIL lost AC over the labor day holiday weekend. Moving him was not a good option -- Tempo service tech worked for hours on the holiday and decided we would need a new HVAC unit. Tempo communicated with me throughout the evening to make sure someone was dispatched to be at his house at 8 AM to price and select the unit. By 10 AM we had a large truck rolling up with equipment and an entire crew of guys to install. THAT is amazing customer service, and we are again grateful!We used Tempo to do an electrical usage efficiency check on our house a handful of years ago (after wanting to sit down and cry over a $700 electric bill one summer), and they steered us in the right direction. Instead of replacing costly windows when that wasn't our problem, they found a bunch of shredded ductwork in the attic was the main cause of our high electric bills. Turns out in the 80's they installed this particular kind of ductwork that didn't hold up, and we'd have never know that was the problem. Anyway, they replaced our entire system with a heatpump, new ductwork, blew insulation into the attic, put a tent over the attic entrance, wrapped the hot water heater, etc -- for a market competitive price. It brought our electric bills WAY down. Now, in our new house, we have old equipment and the heat has failed -- not only did they come out promptly to price a new system, give us a discount because we are regular maintenance customers, but because there is bad weather headed our way this coming Sunday, they are sending out their emergency on-call crew to get the heater part of the system installed so we aren't without heat, and with no extra charge! Plus they offered 12 months no interest on the bill. Outstanding company, and we've never had bad service from them. Their sister plumbing company did a nice job installing a gas tankless hot water heater also, and was the only one of the many quotes we got that recommended putting in a larger gas line so we could have sufficiently hot water.
