Oscar determined the problem very quickly. My basin always clogs, so he very quickly found the problem when he dismantled the drain stop. A tiny bit of debris of hair was causing the basin to “slow” drain. Within 5 minutes he quickly solved the issue. Oscar was easy to talk to and knew exactly what to do.
