Very Professional! Did a full Repipe on our Ladera Ranch home. The workers were very courteous and clean and FAST. The work that was completed was the best. All of the repairs to the walls and ceilings are invisible! I am so pleased this was so hassle free. Thank you Dave!!!

Should have called roto first. They have all the experience they have all of the right tools and they don't give up.their cameras were good their cameras were capable of recording video and you could see the big screen clearly. I had a 30 year old building with grease laying in a belly. The pipe was cast iron. They installed clean out the ground the inside of the pipe they sanded the inside of the pipe now it's smooth all the way to the street street.

Wow! This company is top notch and a class act. Honest, the work done was great, the price was fair and they are tradespeople you just can’t find anymore. On time, called to see how everything was working when completed, and I felt like I could’ve even left them to work alone without being home. We had a clogged Kitchen sink. We used all DIY means, but did not have good results. So we called a plumber who tried to unclog it using simple cable, without success, and advised $750 hydro jetting, which we declined. To his credit he did not charge us. That is when we did some research and decided to Call Zoom Drain. First I talked to Shawn, who patiently explained the possible method and scheduled an appointment the next day. The service was done by By Johnny Rodriguez, who tried first a rotating cable head and was successful in unclogging the drain line extending to the front of the property. I asked him if hydro jetting would give any advantage. He said he could do it ( for more money ) but advised against it. He offered us an Enzyme based drain cleaner to maintain the line, which we accepted. During the whole process, which was basically handled by my wife, they observed all cleanliness precautions and left a clean and ready space without any mess. That despite the fact that the drain cleanout was under the sink. This was by far the best plumbing job I have ever Had. I recommend them to any body needing a clean and professional job.
