When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. One unique problem with my project was that I needed a cooling unit on the roof, but the only means of access was a window and a fire escape. Other companies Tustin HVAC Contractor seemed puzzled by this problem, he immediately figured out how to get around it and did it in a cost effective way. Also, there were some unforeseen difficulties along the way, and his team dealt with them without any adjustments to the score.

Totally unprofessional scheduled me on multiple occasions and canceled last minute! Rescheduled again on a Saturday I explained I would have to arrange for someone to be there during that time frame! 8am - 10am at 8:30am I get the call they canceled again! I lost time & money would never use the service or recommend them to anyone.

We used this company because they were the only ones that would come on a holiday weekend. Although I appreciated that, my enthusiasm was replaced by horror when the final costs were tallied. We had similar work done 6 months ago for one-fifth the cost. Along with the high costs of replacing a couple parts, the service man charged an insane amount to simply hook up our own thermostat on a wall that was already wired. It took him fifteen minutes, and he charged $189. Worse yet, the unit isn't even level, so we will have to redo it ourselves.
I do appreciate that they came out when no one else would. But unless NO ONE else is available--or money is of no concern to you--I would stay far, far away.

Our a/c went out (of course during a heat wave) and we called Complete Comfort because they’re not far from us and have raving reviews. Now I see why! We briefly spoke with Chris who was very kind and professional and Mauricio was the technician who showed up to fix our a/c. I work from home, but Mauricio kept quiet while he was working to fix our capacitor, and he also was a lot quicker than I thought! Myself, my husband, and our animals are all super happy.
Fantastic service all around! Highly recommend.

Grateful for my service tech Paul! I have been having a clogged drain for almost two months & have been sent two previous plumbing companies through my home warranty. His pricing was so reasonable we agreed to the proposal and he got the job done in 2 days. We asked him to also change the faucet in the downstairs bathroom.
