I've used Coastline a few times over the years and they don't disappoint. Thy're on time, complete the repair quickly and are personable. Prices are fair... What more can you ask for?

I was fairly pleased. The initial cost was reasonable, $195 to replace a faucet (I supplied the actual faucet). They found that there were 2 valves for the hot and cold water that were frozen and needed to be replaced. They charged me $280 for that, and that seemed pretty expensive. It only took him about 30-minutes to switch out both valves, and assuming the valves cost less than $20 each, then that's a rate of $480 an hour for labor.

Island Plumbing did a great job. They came to our rescue when our other plumber got sick and we needed to have work done so that we could close up a wall. We would give them six stars if possible. In addition doing good work they are responsive and communicative. Not only did they move hot and cold water line, a drain line and a gas line in a laundry room for us. We had them come back and do some extra work to the main incoming line to give us peace of mind. We will be using Island plumbing from now on.

Very impressed with these guys. We got 4 estimates to replace our furnace and AC and decided to go with SOCAL PH&AC not only because of great pricing but that gut feeling of really genuine people who are passionate about their work. Tim was very patient with us and even came out a second time to clarify the work, type of system, and answer final questions we had before deciding to go with them. He responded timely to every email. The day of installation went better than expected. Our installers were Edgar and Demario. They were personable, neat, and knowledgeable. They installed our Nest for us, set it up, and showed us how to use it. THANKS AGAIN YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!

Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

Had a stop valve go bad with my kitchen faucet and put out a request for a quote. James came and he was so friendly knowledgeable I knew he was the man for the job. He did such a great job we decided to have the shower valves done as well. 5 stars from me for sure!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They installed a tank-less water heater from a reputable manufacturer in August 2020. The water heater has not worked properly since installation and the company has been very unhelpful and has strung us along for days. We have had them out one time to set the timer on the water heater when it was not done at the time of installation. If a water heater is allowed to run constantly, it will break down. Now, we do not have any hot water and the cold water just trickles out. They will sell you a product then claim they do not have enough workers to service the product if there is a problem. My parents are elderly and ill and must have water.
Totally unacceptable.
