Service tech., Matthew came to fix over flown toilet charge $125.00. Not working after he was gone. Another $500.00 was charged for next step ,hydro jet cleaning for nothing. Frustration and intimidation from this company. 'O' star with this company. Another company came up with better knowledge and experience, cleared the toilet.

My neighbor referred me to Repipe1. Their price was reasonably priced and included wall-repair. The repipe was done pretty fast, the guys were very professional and super nice. Wall repair was great.. my house looks great. And my water even tastes better. Super positive experience!

Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. Good, reliable, honest plumbers. Trevor has helped us with a new water heater and faucet leak (and new install) under our sink. James helped resolve a severely clogged shower drain. Very professional and helpful, would recommend and will work with them again.

My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.

They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.

I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.

Ameri-Cal did a repipe on my 1995 Kaufman and Broad home. K&B homes in my area are notorious for slab leaks. While there were a couple problems on the initial repipe, Toby and Alfonso responded and corrected these problems and made sure I was satisfied. There is a lot of integrity in owning up to and correcting problems when they occur and making & keeping customers happy. Kudos.

Again, Americal Repipe and Plumbing in Buena Park (Knott Avenue) shines through. This time, a sprinkler pipe connection. Alberto Vasquez was on time, pleasant and was wearing a mask and gloves, even in the California heat. He made sure my leak was fixed and made sure I'm happy. AMERI-CAL is my go-to plumber. Jane and Fred were extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable. Also, unlike other places they did not try to force any extra services down your throat. Upfront about pricing and reasonable. We will be using them again in the future should we need it.
