Great experience with island Plumbing. First, I am always impressed when workers show up on time. Also nice to receive a ‘heads-up’ text before arriving. Small things count. Zach arrived on time, neat and professional looking. He took the time to educate me about why my new toilet was leaking. He installed the new toilet in no time and removed my old toilet for me which was a huge help as I am a senior. I will be utilizing this company in the future.

A few months back we had an emergency back-up in our main line. Disgusting water was backing up out of our toilets and into our downstairs tub. A friend referred us to Michael who is the owner of Duggan Plumbing and Rooter Service and we could not have been more relieved. He was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue straight away. I don’t know what we would have done without his help and he has gained a customer for life with us. Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

Troy was amazing and was very creative in fixing a broken shower pipe. I feared the worst but Troy was able to fix it without having to break open tile or stucco on the back wall. I would highly recommend Troy and his team.

When one NO longer has any plumbing they can use it is a very frightening day. Zoom Drain took my emergency call and when finished with their regular job made me their next priority. They were professional, clean, careful with my indoor property ( a cabinet my father had made many years ago) and all my outdoor plants where the clean-out is located. I have had others here in the past and my plants were broken and trampled...Not one broken branch by ZOOM Drain. They had us back up and functioning in short order....I am a MOST grateful customer.

We signed up for their annual jet cleaning so that this does not happen again. I look forward to many more years of their service.

Our kitchenette was leaking water in our office. He helped us get that fixed. Also we had an emergency at another time where we accidentally hit a nail through a pipe. We were very scared, he was actually reachable immediately and got that fixed very quickly.
