As big as this job was I expected my house to be in shambles when they were done! I was happily surprised that they were so professional, efficient, timely and cleaned up where they made the holes, spackle and all! I hardly could see where they made the holes! I highly recommend them to all I come in contact with that need this service!

I was thrilled with my experience with Sage Plumbers! I had an emergency situation - a house guest arriving and discovered the toilet in the guest room wasn't working. The office set up an appointment a few days before her arrival and saved the day! Nathan came on time, figured out what was wrong, provided the parts to make it flush, and delivered an exceptional service call. I want to give a shout out to the employees at Simpex. My water heater was leaking and I was unsure of what to do. I called Simpex and got great customer service from the beginning to the end. I have been using J&M plumbers for over 2 years now, they are prompt , honest and the moat important thing is that they know what they are doing. I highly recommend them for anyone that needs urgent services as they always make themselves available. They also cover a large service area which is always a plus

Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

Did anyone else have a bad experience?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.

I have used Severson Plumbing on multiple occasions at my home in Laguna Beach as well as on my jobsites in Laguna Beach as well. They are very knowledgeable and professional. If you are in need of a solid service plumber I 100% recommend this Company! 5 Star!!!

We suffered a leak in our first-floor bathroom due to a broken pipe. We had to shut off the water to our entire building. Scott was quickly able to find the problem. The drywall had to be cut to expose the pipe and the leaking section had to be replaced. He took the time to explain the questions as well. He is always well-organized, on time and professional, and he solves problems. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.

The guys at South County Plumbing were great. I had a different plumber fix a leak in my shower about a year ago that basically did nothing but make the problem slightly better. The guys from South County came out yesterday to fix the same issue and had it done in less than an hour and fixed the problem completely. They professional and responsive to my call. I’d recommend them to anyone and will be using them again with any future problems I have.

I was looking for water filtration for my our house and was checking out few companies in the area (Irvine). Peak West Plumbing was one of the companies i requested for an estimates. Their price was very reasonable and yet when they called me for details and discussion of the process i could say that the person on the phone knew every small detail about the job that will be done. I am very detailed guy and the way it was introduced to me was the perfect. At the end of the call i had all answers to my questions that i was planning to ask but never asked because he already answered all of them the way he explained it to me. We agreed on terms and the job was done in 4-5 hours by 2 technicians. I also liked that owner came to check if everything is okay while they were installing everything. Very impressed with this company and definitely Will recommend it to all my friends. Very polite and good customer service, reliable and very responsive. Thank You for your 5 Star Service! Slavi and his team were so professional and responsive. Our old water heater needed to be replaced urgently. After reading many positive reviews, I contacted OC Repipes. They responded immediately and visited to assess the situation. We decided to upgrade to a tankless system and repipe the house at the same time. We got a couple other quotes as well, but the responsiveness, pricing and professionalism from Slavi made our decision easy. The work began promptly. The team was conscientious and carefully protected the house, furniture and floors with plastic sheeting. While it looked a little like a scene from Dexter, no dust or mess was left behind. Also all the wall patches were seamless. It's been a couple months so far and we have better water pressure, instant hot water and a lower gas bill. This is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor.

I found Pipeline several years ago when my parents rental property had a slab leak. Pipeline was great- very attentive and fixed the leak quickly.
The pipe held up great for 5 years but recently started leaking again. We called Pipeline to initiate the warranty they touted when they sold us their services but were told that the warranty no longer applied since we ended up selling the house to a family friend. We spoke with three different people and were told the same thing, It's in the fine print. While I can't argue the terms of their service, if it is fact written in the paperwork, it's evident that they're prefer not to do the right thing. A lifetime repair should not have failed after five years regardless of who owns the home. I respect their legal right to not stand by their services but would also like potential customers to know about our experience should you have a warranty claim for their lifetime product.
You may be better off taking your business elsewhere, I wish we had.

*edit* They called our friends back this week to reiterate that the repair was not covered under warranty but offered to come out and provide a quote to repair it again. Thanks but no thanks.
