My water heater had been leaking for awhile. It was clear I needed a new one. At my neighbor's suggestion, I called Sage Plumbers. Brendan and Alex came over the same day and assessed the situation. Brendan gave me several different options for replacing the heater. He took the time to answer my questions. He made recommendations based on my needs. The quote I received was very fair. Brendan and Alex were able to have the new water heater installed before the end of the day. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Sage Plumbers. They provided me with excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and fair prices. I'm sure you'll be pleased too.

Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. The technicians were very helpful and kind, did all the extra work for free.. we installed a new Trane Heat pump ac system System and new Air Scrubber system to clean the air.

What a scam service!

My water heater stops working. The techinian did not even bother to check what is wrong, just tell me it is a old unit, now it is at the end of its life. The replacement cost $3500-4500 if done by his company. It is too expensive! So I have to call another plumber to replace it. The other plumber comes by. He unplugged then replugged the power cord, then the water heater starts to work again! The other plumber says the water heater works fine. It is a power-vented water heater, so sometimes the circuit needs to be reset. That is all!

The other plumber says even it is a old unit, 14 years old, but sometimes it works to 20 years. As long as it is working, there is no need to replace it now.
