A few months back we had an emergency back-up in our main line. Disgusting water was backing up out of our toilets and into our downstairs tub. A friend referred us to Michael who is the owner of Duggan Plumbing and Rooter Service and we could not have been more relieved. He was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue straight away. I don’t know what we would have done without his help and he has gained a customer for life with us. Found some water damage in the ceiling and called Olson Superior for leak detection services. They sent Garett out the next morning, and he was not only informative and thorough, he was extremely kind and friendly. As promised, he called thirty minutes before arriving, and he had his mask and shoe covers immediately on. He was able to clearly explain the problem, come up with a solution and even refer me to someone who would be able to help with the water damage.
