Very impressed with these guys. We got 4 estimates to replace our furnace and AC and decided to go with SOCAL PH&AC not only because of great pricing but that gut feeling of really genuine people who are passionate about their work. Tim was very patient with us and even came out a second time to clarify the work, type of system, and answer final questions we had before deciding to go with them. He responded timely to every email. The day of installation went better than expected. Our installers were Edgar and Demario. They were personable, neat, and knowledgeable. Having a plumbing/water emergency is everyone's nightmare! EHS was quick to help! Corey from the first call had a plumber to my house within an hour. When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.

They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.

I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.
