Best Heater Work in Irvine CA

Service tech., Matthew came to fix over flown toilet charge $125.00. Not working after he was gone. Another $500.00 was charged for next step ,hydro jet cleaning for nothing. Frustration and intimidation from this company. 'O' star with this company. Another company came up with better knowledge and experience, cleared the toilet.

Cyrus called 3 hours ahead of my scheduled time. He had a cancellation and was wondering if I was open earlier. If I hadn't been pre-booked I would have loved it. But I did greatly appreciate the thought.

He came when scheduled, checked out the furnace, quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what was happening and how he was going to fix it.

After several pin hole leaks over the years, we've finally decided to repipe our house. Several of my neighbors and friends recommended Repipe1 and boy was I glad to use them. First crew came about 9am and by 2:30pm my entire house was repiped and we had access to our water. They were so professional and efficient I was very impressed. After getting our city inspection approved few days later, the drywall/patch crew came and did a Phenomenal job like we didn't have any holes. The drain on the side of our house was blocked solid, the water was over 4 inches deep and it was rising towards the dining room doors. Auxariera and his brother came out to upgrade our water heater to a tankless water heater . they exceeded beyond on getting the job done . They did not give up when there was few bits of bumps on this job. They did not quit they were determined to insure the job was handle professionally with care. They went beyond to make sure we got our hot water back. Very happy on result.

Called on a Tuesday to arrange for an A/C appt on Saturday. Received a vague phone call from a representative on Friday evening at 5:30 stating that their A/C technicians will be unavailable for the Saturday morning appointment. He gave no reason or alternative, simply that I needed to call in and reschedule... Reschedule I did... With ANOTHER A/C COMPANY! I have never dealt with Mike Diamond before. Figured they were legit based on their whacky radio commercials and lofty promises. I should have listened to all those reviews on Yelp and taken into consideration their 2 star rating. They've forever lost my business and I will be sure to spread my experience to friends and family so that they can avoid them as well.
