Best Commercial Repipe in Irvine CA

We had our house repiped in 2017 as a preventative measure, not because of a leak. We were very pleased with Repipe’s professionalism and have had no problems.
However, recently we needed to use the shower in a rarely used bathroom and discovered it had no hot water. We contacted Repipe 1 and Alberto Vasquez was sent out in less than a day.
He discovered that a cylinder (?) in the faucet was bad and needed to be replaced. This was not a Repipe 1 issue as we had supplied the faucet so we were charged a very reasonable amount for the repair. We were very happy with Alberto. He explained everything and left our bathroom neat and clean. We would call Repipe again for other plumbing issues.

Simpex did a great job re-piping our 2-story, 3 bath house. They started on time, took the time to carefully protect floors and furniture, and the water was turned back on by 5 pm that day. They of course took care of the city permit and the appointment for the inspector (which was first thing on day 2). The job included patching and texturing A LOT of holes in the walls and ceilings (plus some stucco), and they did a great job on all of that on day 3. That was a huge job but the team worked until 9 pm on a Saturday to get it all done. I decided to save money by painting myself, and the quality of their patching and texturing was apparent after everything was painted (can't tell where the cutouts were). I went with Simpex because they did a good job on my friend's house and because their price was very reasonable (and they give a lifetime warranty). Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

Exceeded my expectations. They came in low on price which had me a bit concerned however they did a fantastic job. They pulled the permit right away and were flexible in when I was able to have them start. First crew did the Repipe on my single story 2 bath in about 6 hours. Next day they did a virtual inspection with the city and 3rd day the second crew came in and patched the walls and textured them to the point of ready to paint. I could tell these guys knew what they were doing. They minimized holes in the wall and didn’t cut corners on the install. They were efficient and didn’t screw around. Both crews prepped the house with floor coverings and hung plastic barriers to protect the areas before starting the work and they did a good job of cleaning up. I was surprised that I didn’t have any dust after the work. I would absolutely recommend this company based on my experience. It’s refreshing to deal with a plumbing company that is NOT out to screw you over.

The guys at South County Plumbing were great. I had a different plumber fix a leak in my shower about a year ago that basically did nothing but make the problem slightly better. The guys from South County came out yesterday to fix the same issue and had it done in less than an hour and fixed the problem completely. They professional and responsive to my call. I’d recommend them to anyone and will be using them again with any future problems I have.

We are very glad we contracted with OC Repipes to handle our house re-piping. Slavi was very knowledgable - explained very clearly all the relevant matters to us, did exactly what he said he would do, and is generally a great guy to work with. We interviewed a couple of other companies and thought OC Repipes was best to hire. In hindsight, OC Repipes was CLEARLY the best company to hire. I HIGHLY recommend OC Repipes to anyone interested in getting their house re-piped.
