Best Service Fee in Indianapolis IN

We have used Godby for a few years and have been pleased. Kenny has been our technician multiple times, and has been great. Professional, friendly, and good at explaining the work to be done.

They came a day early, fixed it quickly right on the spot and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Scott was courteous and professional... I highly recommend Big Frog!!!

Not capable to do some common plumbing issues

I purchased a new A/C system from Williams Comfort Air in June 2020. I was very satisfied with the install and knowing Williams would stand behind their work as they pitched their 12 year transferable warranty during the sales call. The A/C stopped working May 2023, I called Williams, they said the unit had no warranty coverage and I was charged $400 to replace a $15 capacitor. I literally looked up the part cost on Amazon while he was doing the paperwork. I gave 2 stars because I called at 4:30pm and the problem was fixed by 7:30pm so an excellent response time at least.

We have used Williams Comfort Air for our heating and air conditioning needs for over 15 years and have always found their service technicians to be professional and courteous. They have always responded in a timely manner when we have had a problem (which is very few). We just had our heating maintenance performed today and now we are set for winter! I highly recommend Williams Comfort Air to any one looking for a new system or needing maintenance performed.
