He made sure my water pressure was good, and was very thorough in explaining what he did and why he did it. Juwan was very professional and helpful. Wow, did I ever get a big bang for my buck!!!My two man professional team showed up on time and didn't leave until every duct and vent was thoroughly cleaned. I saw the amazing before and after photos as they went. They went over their estimated time because I had a bigger job than even I anticipated but they cheerfully worked on until the job was completed to my satisfaction and theirs. These young fellows were so polite, careful and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail and answered every question. I was also very impressed with the way they appreciated and praised their own company because I have been a long time customer of Williams Comfort Air and I feel the same way. Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!
