Best Video Camera Line Inspection in Indianapolis IN

Paid for a drain snake and they didn’t unclog the line. Not a big deal, but they said I still owe despite them not being able to do anything. Recommend looking somewhere else!

We had a leak in our house and call Roto-Rooter for a plumber. They quickly walked us through all the necessary steps and made our life easier. Then, they came very soon after the call. The plumber, Andrew, also was very professional and got the job done. It took him a while to finish fixing the leak, but our pipes were very complicated. We are grateful for their assistances.Over-priced.

Called this place 3am requesting assistance and was told someone was going to call me back. I told them my toilet was over flowing and coming onto the ground. They said their On-call guy would give me a call and here it is 8 am and no call. So I did the job myself. I called to have them take me off the list and I’ve been waiting and representative mentioned that the worker is having car problems. I’m not understanding why they couldn’t communicate that to me and I’ve been waiting wasting time.

Received a phone call that Peterman was about 30 minutes away- arrived promptly and both employees were very kind and professional. Had a full house duct cleaning (with plenum) and Peyton was very thorough and answered all of my questions. After all vents/returns were cleaned everything was put back into place (I just had foot surgery so I was no help moving couches, chairs, etc) and everything was vacuumed.Overall very happy with how everything went and the price point was reasonable.We’ve had our monthly membership now for over a year and a half and will continue to use Peterman for all of our HVAC/Plumbing needs as we always have a good experience with them.
