Well, first of I had a water heater and softener installed (water softener new install)...Prior to the install, They stated they need to cut through the drywall, ok no problem...When it was all said and done, I looked at the final installation and this was my view of it:
1) Since it was a smaller space some adjustment was need , which fine...
2) The piping was a nice job and all new...
3) There was a big hole in my wall left which I felt it was unnecessary, probably bigger than needed...
4) I still have drywall dust and debris left in my furnace area...
5) Looked they took a hammer or something to make a hole through the for outlet, not very neat of a hole...
6) Will contact them to see if they can repair my drywall...

They are friendly and all but, however, not truly satisfied completely of install...Not sure what brand of softener it is either since there is no name on it and the manually does not say...At this point I'm not really satisfied of the service and hopefully they can make it right...

These guys did a great job for me and I wanted to share it with everyone. I woke up to water all over my floor and once I got my water shut off I called 24/7 Plumbing. It was a Saturday morning and I was hoping they could get jere quick and they were there within an hour and a half.They found a broken pipe in one of my walls.They responded to my emergency fast,did great work at a reasonable price just wanted to thank 24/7 Plumbing again and share my experience.

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Brad assessed our plumming issue changed and reassembled our shower components and parts. Gave us an estimated for future water heater, very nice man and professional.
