I had Alton huff do some plumbing and he did it great. Polite, fast and good. My son bugged him the whole time and he so nice to him.

I was dealing with a clogged washer drain and Mr. Plumber was able to get here faster than anyone else. They arrived on time and were able to resolve the issue quicker than expected. Seth K was who came out to the house and he was very helpful. Seth explained everything he was doing and provided tips and recommendations for the future. I have experience dealing with homeowners property claims so I knew he wasn't trying to sell me on services I don't need. Overall I am extremely satisfied with his performance and as a new homeowner will likely be going with their maintenance plan. Thank you, Seth.

The technician (Juwan Oliver) phoned and said he was running early, which was a plus. Juwan arrived and went straight to work and completed the shut-off valve installation quickly and cleaned up the area before leaving. He also took time to advise us on a couple of future needs. Very pleasant and professional.

Replaced water heater in a timely, professional, efficient, and neat manner

A friendly plumber gave me an estimate on fixing a leak in my crawl space and moving my water cutoff above my floor. Everything was good until the $750 estimate. This estimate was way, way too high. How do I know? After I declined, I went to Lowes and spent $100 on supplies, then fixed it myself in 2 hours. It would have been much less for Roby, as I had to buy tools and 100ft of pipe, when I only needed 4. In other words, if the professional was as slow as I am, they were asking $350/hour.

Plumbers need to figure out that with shark/gator bite connectors, amateurs can do a sufficient job easily. I would have preferred to pay a fair price to have a pro do the work, but I'm not interested in getting ripped off.

I would recommend Armor Air to anyone! The scheduling process was all online and the technicians showed up right on time. I couldn't have asked for better technicians, they had the job done in less than 30 minutes were and were as friendly as can be. Anton, you are the man!

Jon was a very pleasant tech that was very informative and explained everything so I could understand. He listened to my concerns and past experiences. He went the extra mile to take care of me as I have been along time Williams Comfort Air customer.Plumbing issue was resolved with an additional appointment to look to find the real problem as to why I keep getting clogged Plumbing.

Jason was so refreshing after having experienced Mister Qwik! A representative from Mister Qwik gave us a ridiculous price to fix our shower leak. He also stated we will most likely be charged the same, if not more, with the other big plumbing companies. We decided to continue searching and thank goodness we found Jason!!! He was professional, knowledgeable and personable !! There was no sales pitch. Thank you Jason!!

We called and set up an appointment yesterday. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment time; I find this extremely unprofessional. My day is wasted and I still have a plumbing issue. There is no excuse for missing an appointment without the courtesy of a phone call.
I will not be requesting their services in the future.

David was helpful and knowledgeable about our plumbing issues. He recommended solutions, worked with me to discover what worked for me and my house, and did a great job in implementing those solutions. He unclogged a drain, installed two outdoor faucets, replaced a water pump, and fixed some pipe in the basement. His work was of high quality. Highly recommend.
