I had a gas leak. I called the gas company, they came out and checked for the gas leak. They found a leak and shut my gas off accordingly. I called Hope Plumbing and they sent out a technician (Jonathon). The first thing he did was to explain what he would do to detect the leak. He was very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel that he cared about his customer. He finished the job in an acceptable amount of time. I am very satisfied with this company and would not hesitate to recommend my friends to Hope Plumbing. If I ever need a plumber again, I will certainly be calling this company. They are also very reasonable and fair on price.

Jason was awesome. He used his camera to look at 4 basement drains, researched the issue and made great recommendations. Ask for Jason…he has been doing it for 25 years!!

I was very pleased with this experience. Trace Lightfoot did a great job - he was clearly knowledgeable and gave me honest advice. I felt informed on the services I needed without feeling like I was being sold / pushed to buy things I didn’t need.

They came out the same morning that I called them. Plumber was very nice and had the drain open very quickly ???

We had our main sewer line back up into our basement the week of Thanksgiving. We contacted Hellyer and they came out to check within an hour due to the sewage in the basement. JB was quick to snake the drain and add a new access line as our home had the original cast iron pipe from the 50s when the home was built.

The following week, Joel and Silas came out to do a camera assessment of the line and discovered we had roots in the line causing the issue. Joel discussed the options going forward. While it wasn’t the best case situation, he was able to show me the video where the issues were.

We will be scheduling with Hellyer in the Spring to replace the main line from the house to the road.

JB, Joel, and Silas communicated prior to arrival, showed up within the provided time and gave honest feedback on the situation.

Unorganized

As unprofessional as possible. Wouldnt even give the diagnosis to the homeowner. STEER CLEAR OF PETREE.

I highly recommend this company as they had fixed a clogged drain in my shower, clogged drain in bathroom sink and reset a toilet . They were very professional and arrived on time. Explained everything to me and never had any hidden fees. I will use P & K Plumbing Solutions from now on out.

Bait and switch

Guys were friendly but charged more for labor than advertised rates. Showed up at 8:50 was gone by 12:50 and charged $495 for labor. The bill was $5 over the quote but charged the quoted price but it seems like it should have been less seeing as he advertises $125 first hour and $85 hour after. I ended up paying $123.75 an hour. They did good work. I had a question after they left and he did return my call promptly. Would use again but would get clarity on labor cost first.
