Chris Giles showed up promptly after I called. Probably an hour max on a Sat. Figured out a challenging plumbing problem pretty quickly, confirmed it by cutting out suspect parts & quick trip to store & back and he had it fixed & cleaned up promptly. Then tested it extensively, and re tested 2 more x. Very conscious person, worked quickly, but kept me informed the whole way. They have my business going forward. And Chris G is who to ask for if possible. Thanks guys!

Bill and his son are extremely professional. My water heater went out, I found his business on Google being I already received a quote & his won me over immediately. He provided his expert recommendation for a replacement, picked it up, installed it, removed the old one and was so quick. He even tested for gas leaks and made carbon monoxide detector recommendations for before leaving. Shop small, I highly recommend his services. I now have a plumber for life, super grateful being a first time home owner! Thank you for everything.

Over priced and can't follow simple directions!

A very good plumbing experience. I generally try to tackle small stuff myself - and generally regret it. I needed a plumber fast and called Fite. They were able to get a guy there in about 90 minutes. Scott was personable, professional, and did the job right and in record time. The price seemed a bit steep for the job, but not terrible. Apparently plumbing is just expensive.
I recommend Fite.

Joe from Northern Comfort Systems was very thorough and took the time to explain what he did as well as answer all the questions we had. He also wore all the proper PPE and we had a great experience all around with Northern Comfort Systems.

Damian Angel from Williams Comfort Air completed my air conditioner install today and did a great job. He took extra time and care to make sure it was a professional job. I have a little experience with plumbing and I was really happy to see how he improved the drain line that had been on my list to do for a while. I would surely call them again for service.
