Best Light Commercial Plumbing in Indianapolis IN

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!

John New the operations manager was very nice and informative. He gave me a fair price and was knowledgeable about what I needed.

Jason, was super professional and honest with me.. we had two faucets that were running low pressure, he knew exactly what was wrong, and also didn’t charge me an arm and leg!! HIGHLY recommended this company!!

Never actually used them. I called them regarding one of there drivers almost running us off the road on a very stormy Saturday. He passed us in a no pass zone with oncoming traffic going about 70 mph where 10th is just 2 lanes outside 465. Luckily we were okay but my fiance has a heart condition and I almost had to take her to the ER. And if you are reading still and curious, I didn't yell or cuss them out when I left a voicemail including full name, phone, email, street address. And two weeks later still have not had a call back(not that I thought they would) so. While I can't attest to their work. I can say that the customer service is abysmal at best. And absolute disrespect for other vehicles and the laws shows how much they value those aspects of things as well.

Very disappointed with Indiana Residential, especially Brian Alexander in particular. They don't seem to be able or willing to work per IHPC guidelines, which is unfortunate given the number of homes around here within historic districts. We asked them to quote siding and trim replacement plus painting. We were told we'd receive a quote on Friday, Monday at the latest. We didn't receive a quote until the following Thursday after we contacted Brian to follow up. We immediately sent follow-up questions and once again, did not receive a response after several calls, voicemails, and emails. We only received a response 12 days later when I submitted another request for quote on their website. Brian's response, in my opinion unprofessional, was I will not be quoting installation of sheathing at the property. With the limitation of saving existing trim material around windows, We will not be able to address any sheathing installation as the trim would end up recessed behind the siding. Thank you for your understanding, best of luck finding a contractor to address your repairs. Overall, disappointed that we wasted our time with Indiana Residential.

I used this plumbing company today. The man lacked professionalism. My appointment was at 2:00p.m. he came at 4:00p.m. I had to call him and ask what time did he think he was coming? When he arrived he knocked twice and let himself in my home. He didn't speak at all ugh
