I was very satisfied and happy with Chad. He serviced my furnace. Took the time to explain everything to me, took my filter out and even changed it for me (it was high up on the ceiling). We first found out about Service Plus when my Mother needed some extensive sewer repair. I will highly recommend them,especially Chad, to my friend and will gladly spread the word about Service Plus' excellent technicians. Fantastic service! Always on time and responsive. I love the text service that confirms when they are on their way. Definitely recommend and will use again! Installed water softner and new water heater and had to make a return trip to troubleshoot.

We had a new water heater installed by Armor Air Spencer our service tech did not give up until he found a way to help us we are very greatful to him and the rest of the team at Armor Air and i cant forget Christian the hvac tech he came over to help and also did a tune up on the furnace that is great service.
