This is the second project we have used JW's Plumbing services for, and each time we have been blown away by the smart, efficient service each one of their plumbers have provided. This time, we had Ryan install a kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and water filter, and check some issues we were having with a previous plumbing project from another company. Called and a man answered like he wasn't expecting to pick up a phone. He tells me they sometimes do free estimates when I ask. I explain what I need and he procedes to tell me he probably wouldn't be interested because he's so busy! Most likely not interested because of the size and complexity of the job. It is okay to tell me you're not equipped for that, guy!
