We got an appointment the day after we called. They showed up right on the dot at our appointment time. Took care of everything. Went above and beyond and replaced something in our faucet to help it run better. The supervisor followed up in our home the next day exactly on the dot of our appointment time. We highly recommend using them!

Payton Tarr was incredibly personable and kept us in the loop throughout the process of running maintenance checks on our system. Ended up telling us about a way to protect our new furnace that we didn't even know about and had what we needed to do it right away. All the while, she was kind and friendly to our dogs and put them at ease as she passed through the house. 100% love the quality people Peterman Bros hires and hope to see Payton again!

Although I was not happy to have to replace my furnace and air conditioning, I was very happy with the service that I received. Sean was here and helpful. Brian did a marvelous job and was here for as long as it took to get everything running, and Adam finished .the job off today in a timely and wonderfully efficient manner. It was wonderful dealing with such excellent service people. They were kind, onsiderate, clean, and efficient. Thank you gentlemen.
