After using several other heating and cooling companies, we decided to try Godby on the recommendation of a neighbor. It's always easy scheduling an appointment and they always call before arriving. The technicians that have been to our home have been very professional, courteous and helpful in answering any questions we have. We have not used Godby's Plumbing or Electric services as yet but won't hesitate to do so if we have problems. We would highly recommend using Godby.

Really like the IEC facility! Their whole purpose is to train electricians, and they do it well. I know several graduates of their programs. Knowledgeable, friendly administration, excellent teachers. Would definitely recommend.

I originally gave sdf 5* because of their great communication. That communication came to a quick end after I paid for 3 things to be done and only 2 were. I texted him 3 separate times being told I would be contacted on Sunday to schedule it.

If you do hire them, absolutely do not pay before you're 100% satisfied because you'll never see them again.

Calvin was not my first call, because of the google algorithm. But he was the first and only company to show up and help me in my moment of panic. My air conditioner exploded on a 95+ degree day and after calling countless booked up electricians, he was able to show up in 8 minutes of calling! He restored my power, spoke with my landlord on the other issues I was having and charged a very reasonable price.
