I called for a quote on a new unit. The salesman was on time and pleasant, however he didn't explain a single detail of his quote. Gave me a price without telling me what it included or giving me any options.

Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.

Never followed up on the first visit even after I mistakenly paid the “ member” fee. Sent an email with no response. I called and spoke with a rep and she scheduled a new technician visit. He arrived and tells me what’s wrong which we already knew… on top of that, I was not going to use them for this repair since they seem irresponsible. No choice , must use them,or they would have charged me another 76$ for the visit to tell me what we already knew. My hope is that they can complete this simple 376$ job without any more foul ups. Supposedly they did not have the part needed in inventory even though they were aware of what was needed from months ago.
