Kendall is THE BEST!!!! He was so amazing to talk to and gave me solid advice on how to care for my tankless water heater. He didn’t make me feel pressured into buying anything (even though I did) but that non-pressure feeling goes a long way with me. He provided me education on why I needed to do something. He’s a rockstar!

I have only 38 years of experience with the company, but this is my opinion. Larry Howard and company are dedicated to providing superior service . The technicians are qualified professionals who have been in the business for years and like what they do. Not a chain or conglomerate focusing on revenue, but a small, established , well run company, with a solid reputation, wanting to do what they best.

Fit me in late on a Friday because I had a slow leak. The Tech, Bobby, was literally running back and forth to hurry and shut off water - and replace a complicated refrigerator water line. McNeely has earned my loyalty, for sure!

Edit: You are correct I had the wrong companySo I had my unit installed in 2020 all brand new right then from the jump I did not like the tech that came to my home Darnell he was rude and nasty and treated me like I was beneath him. I went ahead and allowed them to install because this is what the contractor I was dealing with wanted to use. Being a first time homebuyer I didn’t know what else to do. They put the wrong size filter in my unit I had to pry it out ?‍♀️ Fast forward to 4 days ago the AC is not working in my two year old unit I call the number on the thermostat low and behold Darnell answers the phone once again super rude and nasty. This person should not be in customer service at all. He says the unit and parts are covered not the service call of course that warranty is up. If you are in the market for new HVAC call someone else or at least don’t deal with the person I had. I’m am just going to call another company I don’t want him in my home at all

I love Williams Comfort Air. Jason took excellent care of my 6 month follow up HVAC maintenance included w my install. I have used them to install a new AC unit, new furnace & thermostat & highly recommend. Their communication reminders before the appointment - emails & texts with date, time & name of my technician. They always call if they’re running a few minutes late. Professional, personable & efficient. I was happy he found an AC capacitor that was beginning to fail that was 8 years old & replaced it under warranty!
