Tim was very efficient and not only installed my new tankless water heater and removed the old one, he reorganized the whole set up with my water softener, furnace, and humidifier, and even fixed a leak in the humidifier I didn't know I had. He did a good job cleaning up and was very courteous and professional. I would be happy to have him return for any future plumbing jobs I might have.

Had an outdoor faucet break under my house and Howald responded quickly (same day). The plumber, Austin, explained the repair needed, was professional and knowledgeable.

They were on time and the physical install was fine. “The office” was supposed to set me up with an account in the app to control the thermostat with my phone. They left the password but used the wrong email. I tried to register the device myself and I was unable to because my thermostat was already registered to another account. An account that was not my email address from the paperwork. The tech said he would have the office contact me to fix it and they have not a week later. This is not acceptable.Edit: I grew tired of waiting for someone to contact me and I reached out. Overall the customer service has not impressed.
