Called on a Sunday evening and had a new water heater installed on Monday afternoon. I received a call from Carters Monday morning to set up my time frame and Chris, the technician called when he was on his way to my home. They also replaced my shutoff valve and flexible connectors with rigid piping. Being a business owner myself, I appreciate top notch service and that’s what I received. Carter plumbing does things the right way not the easy way.

The young lady on the phone yesterday to the call we got this morning letting us know you were coming to Jacob showing up at the door, all was flawless. I had some work done and the price was fair but when the work was done the garbage disposal wouldn’t work. The disposal needed to be disconnected and taken apart for the work but was tangential to the project. Wanted to charge me to fix or replace the disposal. It worked before the service.

My calls went unreturned for months (September through November) while I was trying to have someone from Indiana Residential come back in to complete their unfinished job. This was very frustrating since they had already been paid. Jason, the worker that was eventually sent completed the remaining items, was polite and efficient. Thus far, I am pleased with the items he completed.
