Today a quote was received for close to 6000$ to replace less than 50ft of gas line on a basement (The home is on a slab) On top of feeling pressured into financing the project because of the amount. I called Williams heating and air for a repair on our heating system. The lady you took my call was very kind and knowledgeable , she set up my appointment with one of their repair staff. Scott was our service tech on time and very knowledgeable of his work, he took time to explain the working of our heating system. Check everything out and explained what was the problem was. Being a part that they did not have told me he ordered it and would pick it up the next morning and be back to installe it. He was on time the next morning and had our problem fixed. I am very happy with Williams heating and air, and highly recommend them for all your needs.
