I am so happy with my duct cleaning from Williams Comfort Air! The entire process was easy for me as a homeowner. They gave me a two hour time window and called 30 minutes in advance of arriving. Their two technicians were respectful of my home and my family. I appreciated the technicians explaining exactly what they would be doing before getting started. They were both knowledgeable and efficient. All in all, it is a 3-4 hour process and can be loud, but my husband and I were able to continue working from home without much disruption. My infant daughter was not too bothered by the sound either as the machine was in the basement. I am so excited I decided to get this done before summer.
