Tom was great!! He carefully explained everything and did the repairs on both my AC and Furnace. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and I felt so much confidence in his honesty and ability. I had never used Northern Comfort before but was recommended by my realtor. They definitely have a new customer. I won’t consider another company for my HVAC needs in the future. I want to give big props to Williams Comfort Air.Furnace died Saturday, Sunday a rep came to confirm the furnace was dead, Monday a sales guy came, and he was honest, he say to work with, and diligent enough to get an install for a new furnace today, Tuesday. We used air tron for maintenance for years and years, but if they can’t deliver during an emergency, we can’t keep using them. I strongly recommend Williams as I gratefully sit in my normal climate again free from dependence on space heaters ?.
