The technician was great. Quick, clean and thorough. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and had me cooling off within an hour. My only issue is the cost. I totally understand the $98.00 service fee for showing up but $305.00 for a Titan Pro Run Capacitor that costs $23.04 at Grainger? I'm waiting to hear from their sales department.... more to come...I hope.
