Best Drain Snake ???? in Indianapolis IN

Highly recommend. Good experience. Friendly plumber. They were upfront with me in terms of when someone could come over a weekend (I opted to wait until the weekday) and kept in contact via email and text. Leon Hiepner came out to do the work and did a great job. My only complaint is that even though I told them what I wanted done (replace shut-off valves and supply lines), they did not stock the vans with the supplies needed and Leon had to make two runs to a supply store.

We had a clogged drain on Saturday, March 31, 2018. We called Roto-Rooter to come out and clear the drain. The clog was in the main drain and was accessible form the outside of the house. It took a while for them to get there. We called at 7:00 p.m. and the plumber didn't arrive until 9:30 p.m., but I can understand that, being a Saturday night and the day before Easter. The plumber, Andrew C. arrived and was very efficient. It took him about 30 minutes to clear the drain and it has been fine since. I liked the fact that they not charge a fee just to come to my house. Andrew was very polite, explained the fees very carefully and there was no pressure to add anything else to the list of things that had to be done. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to other people. As I said earlier, the only thing I can say of a negative nature was that it took them 2 1/2 hours to get there. I must say though that the office did call me twice to inform me of the delays. It showed that they hadn't forgotten about us and they were doing the best they could to get someone out there.
