After being strung along by a big box store, we called Carter’s and they came out immediately to assess our situation and ultimately replace our water heater. They were very respectful of our home and our time. Highly professional. Thank you for such a good experience.

They found a way to get things done even when they were booked, Lance himself came out and did a job that needed immediate attention. When they are finished you can hardly tell there was an issue. Very pleased.

Our drain was clogged out in the main line so sewage was backing up into our basement. Mark was phenomenal. Professional yet personable. He was available on short notice and was even super easy to reschedule with when we needed to. He had all the tools and knowledge to fix the problem. His prices are great too!

So called for a main drain cleaning, technician arrived and was super nice and helpful but the quote was outrageous definitely a huge waste of time and money ?? called a different company after and the came out the same evening for less and solved my issue for a fraction of Carter's quote and when I say fraction them came in $600 dollars less and got the job done in an hour

My second day service was needed because the service techs the first day could not install my osmosis faucet. The second day they sent Richard. He is outstanding and installed the faucet the first day tech could not. I think he is a jewel and the owners of this business should be very proud to have someone of his quality representing them.

Asked price too high with the works being done.

We just had a new gas line and water heater installed by some really great people at best indy. They are really knowledgeable and professional. We will use them for any of our future needs.
