As I mentioned to all to whom I spoke concerning my issue, no one in my local community bothered to even return my calls. Mike put us back in business on the same day I called. I called this business because my family enjoys their daily sign message (and their toilet tree) on I-69. They were out the same day and had my repairs done the next day! I appreciate that they don't sub-contract out their work and the installers were Service Plus employees. They have good warranties and are very professional. Everyone that I encountered with Service Plus was kind and made the process of spending a lot more money than anticipated a bit easier. I would highly recommend them! I also appreciate that they are a family business and seem to all be hard workers. My whole heating and cooling system was replaced less than 24 hours after my initial call to them.If you need work done, give this place a shot!

Absolutely amazing company! They’ve eased the frustration from my slumlord with their punctuality and professionalism. They called to scheduled for later that day sent a text confirmation and actually arrived early to access the damage and what was needed. Our furnace was out and we didn’t have heat for 3 day but they came the next day bright and early and we had heat before noon. Everyone was respectful from the agent on the phone to the technicians that came out. Great job guys I will definitely recommend in the future!

Assurance Plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty company to come out November 24th from 9a-4p to fix a kitchen sink stoppage. On the day of appointment, I called to confirm that someone would be coming out. Appointment was confirmed. I called periodically throughout the day and again after 4pm(after appt time). After 4pm, they stopped answering my calls. I had my warranty company call and they answered them stating that someone would contact me shortly and they were still sending someone out. I called them again, no answer. No one showed up! This was very inconvenient considering it was the day before Thanksgiving. Bad business!
